Cold water tap for shower doesn't work when turned (no water flow). Water is flowing for all other taps in the house, hot water tap for the shower. I am the landlord for this property, exact time to attend will be arranged with the tenant, but they are generally fairly flexible.

Leaking Toilet (Women's Bathroom) The toilet is leaking from the bottom, not sure why. A staff member believes it is due to a damaged wax ring or loose mounting and that we need the wax ring replaced and the toilet properly re-sealed.
