My guest house has been plastered and is 99% ready. My plasterer was supposed to come back to finish last bits and pieces now it’s been undercoated (paint). He’s disappeared so need someone today before paint tomorrow. Can do hourly, this is for the first 2 Mainly sanding / finishing some bits plus a couple of small patches after other trades

5 X pictures 820x1000, 540x780, 1350x1040, 1050x900, 570x470, 1800x500 (surfboard) 2x guitars wall hung. All in one room and on gyprock and surfboard to be discussed of best way to hang or other options.

Need a plasterer to cut remove, replaster 3 boards 1200x 600 and sand .. Need this done today or tomorrow ASAP please

We have a crack in the ceiling plasterboard where the boards join. It’s just come from movement in the house over time separating where the plasterboards join. It just needs to be patched up so I can paint over it. It’s a straight line about 2.5m long and slightly more than a hairline crack. There’s one other hairline crack in the wall plasterboard about 25cm long to patch also.

Create a wall and door frame from gyprock and 3 existing walls. Gyprock and soundproof ceiling to 2 rooms 5.5 x 5.4 and 7.5x 2.5. Pantry shelving and doors and microwave shelf. Power point is already there. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 21 August 2023

I have removed an old fake brick fireplace. The mortar and braces are not removable so I need someone to cut this section of wall out and replace ready for painting - Due date: Flexible
