Looking for a carpenter to install timber panels directly on top of two existing gyprock walls (floor to ceiling). Experience in installing these types of timber panels is preferred, as there will need to be some cutouts made for power-points, and the ceiling height in the room varies in different spots. The timber panels are thin wooden slats on a stiff felt backing. - The walls are Knauf Soundstop 13mm plasterboard. These are mounted on timber frames and studs. - The timber panels are from Delaco Panels and have already been purchased - these are on site ready to go. - The location is Redfern 2016. Parking is available on site (2.1m clearance). There are two recessed shelving carcasses built into a gyprock wall. I'd like for these to be removed. They stick out about 20 to 30mm from the wall. Each carcass has a powerpoint which I'd like to keep (and fixed back to the flush wall). It doesn't need to be neat, as there will be timber decorative panelling installed over the top (the wall just needs to be completely flat).

Remove cornices and ceiling plasterboard, then replace board, cornices and plaster to finish. This was caused by a slow water-leak which has since been repaired.

Removal of gyprock sheets from the ceiling of a 1 bedroom apartment approx 40sqm. Work will include bedroom, bathroom and combined living / kitchen, plus one bulk head in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. Looking to start demo asap. Looking for someone to finish plastering and to paint a wall in our bedroom. We have just had some joinery work done and added a couple of bedside sockets on the wall. Our joiner did the bulk of the plastering but just need someone to finish it off nicely and to repaint the wall. I have some paint leftover for the top layer but our joiner recommended using an under layer of paint with sand mixed in to match the wall.

Wanting a quote for the supply and install of a partial replacement of a gyprock sheet (1.2m by 3.65m) and patched to adjoin existing sheet. There may be some minor carpentry work required to attached timber frame to wall for sheet to be attached to. I would also like a quote for the supply and install of 4 separate lengths of cornice 4m, 3.65m, 3.2m and 1m, including the removing the existing damaged cornices. I would like to get a plasterer to install sheets of plasterboard to the ceiling of my room the size is 4m x 5.5m, I will provide the plasterboard, it will need to be finished ready to be painted. Place is a building site - no need to put down drop sheets. Doesn’t need to be square set as we are going to fit cornices around the edge.
