MASCOT not Rockdale. I want to partition upstairs from downstairs. There is currently a stairwell that goes up to the main part of the apartment. There is a solid balustrade that I would like a wall built on top it all the way to the lower floor ceiling. At the base of this new wall I need a lockable door installed, the door should be solid(external rated) and as large as possible the distance between the bottom of the stairs steps and main wall is 950 mm x 950 mm. It will be possible to remove some of the balustrade dressing to make this door at least 920 mm. Framed up sheeted and painted.

I’m looking for a reliable gyprocker to finish off the wall to make it cleaner. Will probably require a bit of sanding and paint over it. The paint is already at the property so will only require a sandpaper and paint roller.

Hi, We are doing a refresh of our kitchen and need some plastering repairs. I have included pictures of the three areas to be repaired including a standard 30cm ruler for scale. - One section is simple where stone bench material had been orginally glued to the drywall and had to be removed leaving a few areas to be patched. - The second section is the same as above but also has an approx 9cm x 30cm rectangle hole that will require fresh drywall to fill and smooth. This is from where a raised bench has been cut away to allow for a single larger benchtop. - The third one is the other end of where the bench has been cut away and the plaster on the corner supports cracked and broke away. This is a very small section to be patched.

I’m seeking someone with experience in patching, color matching, and painting to repair approximately 8-9 small screw holes in a white gyprock wall. *please note, I do not know what the existing colour is. It will need to be colour-matched, and a sample pot from Bunnings will cover the area needed. This work needs to be completed by Tuesday, the 14th.
