There is a broken plasterboard patch in the wall (600 x 500mm). I need to repair it as soon as possible. Please repair and fix the plasterboard, including painting the wall (paint will be supplied).

I have an issue with my ceiling as when I did some electrical work the electrician told me that the ceiling is bit detached from the studs in an area in the living area. So I have seen few nail pops in the area as well. Need this fixed. Also I need to close out all my vents as I installed split system though out my house.

I have a garage ceiling that’s starting to sag slightly — no water damage or softness, just a visible dip. The house was built in 2006. The plaster is still firm to the touch. I need help repair the wall

A portion (Approx size 1 feet x 1 feet) of the ceiling in bathroom has mould growth and needs to be replaced. There is no water leakage from top and the mould has not spread.

Posting again as the previous tasker didn't turn up. I'd like to replaster the splashback. The total area is around 4 m2. Need to cut out the old plaster, put in a new one, smoothen the seams in it to prepare for tiling and painting. The current plaster is 10mm thick. Please use a technique to avoid excessive dust.

This task must be completed during the day this Saturday between 10am-3pm. Some touch up plastering and painting required. I have attempted to do it myself but it has not come out great. Majority of the holes are from installing blinds around the skirting boards. I would like someone to: Either fix the patches I have done or start again, and then re paint them so they blend in. Even if that means painting the whole skirting board again. There are a total of 30 little holes that will require attention. I have posted just one photo of the holes around the skirting boards, but it is the same around the whole house. Fix the patches in the bin cupboard and paint the bottom shelf white so that you cannot tell very much. Ideally I'd love it if you can source the paint. I know the type of paint they used for the skirting board so I can give you the name. The paint for the bin shelf can just be any similar white colour.
