The alfresco ceiling has water damage and needs to be replaced. The family room ceiling has smoke discolorations and needs repainting.

I need a plaster crack in the ceiling to be patched. 2 large areas of ceiling to be repainted. Area 1 approximately 18 square meters. Area 2 approximately 36 square meters. Dulux acrylic builders ceiling white paint will be supplied by me. Photos of ceiling to be repainted will be added tomorrow. Minimal furniture will be in the way.

I have hung plaster in the garage and need it stopped and finished. Need cornice put up too and light touch ups and sand in the rest of garage ready for painting
