Need some small plaster patches and some old patches sanded -plaster over one hole in roof as per photo (approx 500x500) - patch over all other small patches or cracks as shown in the photos. Not all shown but 5 small patches in total, none require plaster to be cut out or replaced just scrape back and top coat - sand skylights (plastered a while ago but not sanded) - sand ceiling that shows where it was replastered (last photo)

Need to get these walls ready for paint. Will include scraping of glue, patching and a replacement of a area with matching skirting. (Can buy this in advance)

Experienced Drywall sander required for 6x4 room walls and ceiling

Looking for an experienced handyman with the right tools to help install a few mounts in my apartment in Southport. Must have: • Hammer drill (for concrete ceiling) • Experience with proper anchors and mounting • Ability to ensure everything is level and secure Jobs: 1. TV wall mount • Wall is plasterboard (metal studs) • Mount and M6 Spring Bolts purchased 2. Pull down screen ceiling hooks (2x 2 hooks) • Concrete ceiling • 4x M6 hook expansion bolts purchased 3. Curtain rod installation • 3m 25mm diameter steel tube with 2x end flanges + centre support • Mounted to plasterboard wall I will have hardware ready, but open to adjustments if needed. Placement is already planned and can be marked out in advance to make the job quicker, but happy to confirm positioning with you before drilling and assist if needed.

I have some holes in the plaster wall need to fix that so taking quotes for now

We had a bit of a hiccup with a forklift at work and have damaged the inside of a wall (images attached). Wall was impacted from the outside causing the wall inside to crack and be slightly pushed outwards. May need to remove some shelves to properly fix the damage. Preferred fix during work hours (ballpark 7:00am - 4:00pm). Both sides are very damaged and need fixing. The inside wall is more concerning as it appears to be pushed outwards. I have a mirror approx 20kgs that has given way on the plaster anchors at my Airbnb. It was installed approximately 3 years ago and has suddenly let go. I would suggest guest interference as the anchors were holding fine. Need someone to grab two strong anchors or use existing (if the haven’t fallen in) and install again. No one available to help.

Hi, I need to reinstall a plaster cornice above a bathroom window. The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down. Scope of work: • Reinstall plaster (gyprock) cornice securely • Use proper cornice cement/adhesive • Ensure strong fixing into framing • Tidy up joins and finish smoothly • No painting required The original piece is available and can be reused if suitable, otherwise I can purchase a new one if recommended. Small section only.

Repair plasterboard around a power point and fix power point to wall

The plaster on the the side of my kitchen ceiling is coming off due to water damage. It might be due to a broken tile/some other leak from the shower/ensuite just above the kitchen(since I live in a two storey townhouse). Would really appreciate getting an estimated quote thanks

Air-conditioning work has been done. The vent that is in the picture is not the vent that's going in. A bigger vent is going in but the hole in the ceiling has been cut bigger to allow access. The a/c man is putting in a bigger vent so we don't have to cut ceiling away next time. Will provide phone number of Aircon guy so that you receive the measurements.. Open to offers.
