We had 3 old ceilings collapse and we now need to replace them. There are two main rooms: Kitchen is 5.5 x 3m Dining room 2.8m x 3m There is also a walk in pantry area that is an L shape 1.6m x 3.3m however half of it comprised the underside of a set of stairs which we'd like to attach gyprock to (this is 800mm x 2m) You will need to supply gyprock and materials to fit off to existing timber ceiling structure and stairs then plasterer, sand etc to make good the area ready for painting. We will provide cornice to match/complement the existing.

I had a wall fan that fell off the wall (after 6 years) I have tried to drill it back in, however the gyprock is no longer holding the wall plugs. I need someone to figure out how to get the fan back onto the wall. It needs to be done during the hours of 11.30am - 3.30pm Picture attached of the wall and fan (I have taken the fan out of the electrical socket)
