Hi everyone, Please find attached two floorplans: one current and one with the proposed new walls highlighted in green. Apologies for the rough drawings; they're not my specialty. The ceiling height is 3300mm. Here are the specifics for the construction: Build a 5400mm wall Construct a 1500mm wall (between Bedroom 3 and WIR) Install a 1500mm split wall (between WIR and Master) Create new door frames for Bedroom 3 and Master To be demolished or removed: Remove the Master door and the angled wall next to it Remove the curved wall in the ensuite I would like quotations for the timber framing only, as well as for plastering these new walls if possible. If you can only provide one quote, that's fine. There may be some minor plumbing and electrical work required, which will be organized separately. Measurements may vary slightly, within 5-10cm. A previous tradesperson assessed the job and indicated no structural walls are involved, but I'd appreciate your assessment as well. I'm available to show you the site in person most days. Thanks!
