A large piece of plaster has fallen off and needs replacing

Hi everyone! My partner is needing someone to help him in putting plasters in. He knows how to do it but needing some assistance so it can get done faster. Will have to be one of the weekends, 13/09 or 14/09 Saturday or Sunday or the week after 20th or 21st. It will be putting in cement sheetings/plastering for two rooms, one ensuite and a small bathroom. Both rooms have one small window, no niches. Only the walls NOT the ceilings. Ensuite 2420mm 1225mm 2400 1830mm 2750mm 2400m height

Need to align close to when both items removed (in next week or two) Both items will be removed before you arrive Just need plastering - will paint Ceiling Vent space 32cm Diameter Wall heater Space 200cm x 44cm

Need a spot in the wall patched up and painted

Roof leak in garage and balcony with plaster ceiling need changing after fix leak. A few spots in house with leaks on ground floor and 2nd floor. Alfreso ceiling (no leak) have cracks to fix as well and ceiling plaster on fireplace cracking too.

Patch up hole in gyprock around 10cm wide. Photo attached. Once patched, just cover it with primer. That will do. Keep the patch small please. Thank you

Supply and install plaster on both sides of exisiting wall. Please sheet both sides but only stop-up one side (one side will be covered with wooden panelling) Coverage size: ~1600 x 2200 per wall

Need to get hole in the wall fixed. Got the panel sheet, nails and paint. Just need someone to some come to cut and fix the panel properly according to the hole with cutting tool.

I am finishing plastering this weekend and I do not have skirting. I need silicon put at the bottom to connect to the floors prior to painting on Tuesday . Shop is 147sm Image for reference

Hi everyone, Please find attached two floorplans: one current and one with the proposed new walls highlighted in green. Apologies for the rough drawings; they're not my specialty. The ceiling height is 3300mm. Here are the specifics for the construction: Build a 5400mm wall Construct a 1500mm wall (between Bedroom 3 and WIR) Install a 1500mm split wall (between WIR and Master) Create new door frames for Bedroom 3 and Master To be demolished or removed: Remove the Master door and the angled wall next to it Remove the curved wall in the ensuite I would like quotations for the timber framing only, as well as for plastering these new walls if possible. If you can only provide one quote, that's fine. There may be some minor plumbing and electrical work required, which will be organized separately. Measurements may vary slightly, within 5-10cm. A previous tradesperson assessed the job and indicated no structural walls are involved, but I'd appreciate your assessment as well. I'm available to show you the site in person most days. Thanks!
