Behind air con unit cover needs plastering hole where cartridge was. Cartridge already removed. The cover in place temporarily. Cut out existing gyprock, replace with new, plaster and sanding exclude painting.

Hole in ceiling after air con replacement (1000mm x 1500mm) needs gyprock and painting and vent reinstalled.

The bottom third of the post is badly damaged but the whole post will need to be replaced along with the external cladding and the internal gyprock. We can organise the gyprock separately if necessary. We discovered the problem when we replaced the concertina doors. Post can be replaced without removing the doors. Essential to find the source of the leak and rectify it. Price is negotiable.

I have removed a few lights and need some holes patched. 2 x ceiling downlights 2 x wall lights I also have a small bit of gyprock on the ward that needs to be set - appropriately 30 x 40cm. Probably from a previous patch up. Ready to go now, prefer done asap.
