Our building manager says according to NSW Gov laws we need to involve a design practitioner. Please quote to do that component of the work. I believe it entails visiting, writing the specification for waterproofing work, sending out the tenders, reviewing tender responses and advises us on the risk with each offer, award the work, supervise the work or inspect the work at key stages, write up defects for the contractor to rectify, re check the work. Write us a letter to say all is good. Submit all documentation to NSW Government as required. Must be fully licenced and qualified to this whatever that licence is for waterproofing in strata buildings.

We are looking for an experienced painter to paint a newly concrete rendered L-shaped planter box at a residential home in Brabham WA - approximately 5mx3m in length. You will have access to the backyard where the planter box is via a side passageway which is approximately 0.6-0.8m in width and ~25m from the front.
