We need someone to fit new skirting to a whole single story house to 4 bedroom two living zones one dining. We have the removed all skirting ready for our new skirting. Attached is an example of some of the rooms.

Paint 3 bedrooms from pink to white. Ceilings are 2.4 high. All furniture removed so bedrooms are vacant. Price to include supply of paint, no issues with using cheap paint. Bedroom 1 - 3.8 x 4.5 Bedroom 2 - 2.5 x 3.5 Bedroom 3 - 3.6 x 3 Minimal prep required only as just need colour changed to make more attractive to rental tenants.

Repair of walls and ceilings plastering defects in recently purchased house. Also some sagging ceilings. House will be vacant and be getting repainted and new flooring so minimal prep work required.

I require painting of two external walls as indicated by the yellow highlighted in the elevation photo. As you can see, there are spots which 'pop out' due to a poor touch up. As a result, I require the entire areas to be painted again with a single coat over the top. Paint is a low sheen, and will be supplied to you. This should take approximately 2 hours to complete.
