Looking for quotes I have 5 medium sized rooms of stained pine / jarrah timber floors that I would like to be sanded partially to remove stain in preparation for painting white. Will be responding to your messages and offers over the coming days, job needs to be complete by the beginning of August. Here are the rough measurements per square metre of the rooms needing sanding. Bedroom 1 = 3300cm x 3150cm - 10.39m2 Bedroom 2 = 4200cm * 3570cm - 14.99m2 Bedroom 3 = 3150cm x 3150cm - 9.92m2 Living Room = 6380cm X 3800cm - 24.24m2 Corridor = 4900cm x 1080cm - 5.29m2 Spare room = 3300cm * 3000cm - 9.90m2 74.73m2 Total area We are only looking for a light sanding to remove the varnish / stain to repaint.
