Need an experienced painter to give the ceiling (including cornices) of our living room and kitchen (combined)a new coat of paint. It's already painted, but we want it to look as new again. Estimated 25 sqm. Colour: ceiling flat white (same as now). There is currently furniture in this room, which you'll have to cover or move aside(to the middle). Preferred dates: any day between 2-5 Apr. We will need a tax invoice, and please include paint, any material, and labour for prepping and painting in your offer.

Painting external fascia boards (maroon colour in photos) around 4 bedroom house. I also need the boards above two windows to be painted (yellow in photos). The house is being rendered so you don’t need to worry too much about the bricks below. Both ends of the house are quite high so you will need scaffold/long ladder or access from the roof. I will supply the paint. You will need to bring your own brushes/rollers etc. The job needs to be completed before the renderers come in a couple of weeks. - Due date: Flexible
