Require experienced painter to paint all rooms in a vacant and unfurnished 2 bedroom (approx 99sqm) unit in Sutherland prior to move in. Paint and filler can be provided if preferred, but painter must supply own brushes, tools, dropsheets etc. The following tasks are required: - removal of all nails/tacs etc on walls - repair any minor holes/cracks in walls and ceilings (incl. wardrobes) - mould removal in wardrobe (see picture incl.) - paint all walls off white and ceilings white throughout (bathroom and small ensuite are half tiled) - clean up and remove any rubbish from the works completed Dates are slightly flexible, however likely to be required on week commencing 8th November. Photos show unit furnished however it will be empty for the works.
