We need to patch up and paint the hole in the ceiling. Price is negotiable

Require replacement of 3 window frames on second floor of house. Would like the same style and should be done to ensure the windows will fit again as they currently so. Once completed, paint again (and potentially quote for the painting of the entire send floor outside) as seen in the photos. Would like someone to come and quote on the job, because we're unsure what's reasonable as a quote.

One bedroom (3.2 x 3.8) painted, one coat, walls only (not trims not door not cupboard doors not ceiling), paint supplied. Walls in excellent condition (fairly new house) so minimal preparation needed. Flexible with dates, anytime in next month or so.
