Popcorn ceiling removal in two small rooms (approx. 4mx4m) and a hallway (approx. 6mx1m). It appears to have had paint coated on top. No asbestos.

External wall chipped Need fix and paint

We have painted stairs and the paint has chipped in some areas so these need to be touched up. We also have an additional handrail that needs to be sealed and painted to match. There are also a couple of walls to be painted. - Due date: Flexible

Need a painter or handyman some painting work. I will provide paint. 1) 2 doors only need paint inside, might need fuel some silicone for few gaps, only need one coat. It's about an hour to an hour half job. Mey need paint more doors but happy to pay $35 each 2) need paint about 4 square metres bathroom ceiling, $75. 3)paint under the eave as show in the photo as the original paint was a bit sun damaged. 4) about 14 square metre ceiling of one bed room, $120. Quote only…Looking for someone with expertise and access to Lime plaster /lime render wash to render and paint (with lime plaster ) 2 brick walls - one wall 8.4m x 2.5m the other wall going up a stair well, 2 storey. I’d like the texture to be “bagged” or “half rendered” similar to white wall pics. Please do not bid if you have no experience with Lime plaster/ lime render. I am using it as it is a more natural product and intend to tint it to a light bone colour. The carpet is getting removed afterwards so the mess is not a huge issue.
