I have two small bathrooms, the grout is white on the walls however there are some small gaps here and there. Would like it filled in. Bonus if can fill a gap or two on the floor tiles, can send some pictures

small section of L R ceiling had collapsed in storm and 2m beam used to re-attach ceiling to joist. Roof replaced so now need beam removed, then plaster/Polyfilla, then paint that repaired section or paint whole L R ceiling. Around 5 hours work. You supply tools, plaster, Polyfilla, sander and ceiling white paint. Around $100/hour + cost of materials and it's around 5 hours work.

Please supply all appropriate materials and complete job ready for painting (setting, sanding etc) powder room: both sides of stud wall, and area under window. Laundry: both sides of stud walls adjacent to sliding door, and under window. Laundry ceiling: new frame will be made by carpenter ready for plasterer to put new ceiling up. laundry ceiling is approx 2.5mx 3m Please see pics for more details and dimensions. Remove existing plaster and resheet house. Skip would be provided. Painting not required. 3br, 1 hallway, 1 lounge. Floor area approx 60sqm. All walls plus ceiling. Wall height is 3m.

Section of brick wall near staircase, on common wall in semi-dettached house, vertical line where paint is raised/bubbled. Total of 10 holes against internal brick wall. See photos, marked as red circle. Wall paint is supplied. 2. Plaster some damaged brick wall render (1 each in bedroom 1 & 2 wardrobe, 1 next to powerpoint) and 1 small doorknob damage on a blueboard. Marked as yellow circle in photos. Wall paint is supplied. 3. Fix portion of old skirting (as marked yellow in the floorplan): Fill gaps above skirting, sanding the skirting, supply and apply 3 x coats of water based paint (white) on existing skirting. Some part of the house has been recently renovated and the skirting has been repainted so there is no need to do the whole house (ie hallway), but would love to match the color.
