I’m looking for an experienced painter (or someone confident with aluminium frame preparation) to prime and paint my aluminium window frames and one sliding door. Scope of Work - 10 aluminium window frames total: - 5 × large windows — approx. 198cm × 142cm - 2 × medium windows — approx. 113cm × 142cm - 2 × small windows — approx. 92cm × 142cm - 1 × extra‑small window — approx. 100cm × 60cm - 1 sliding door with 2 main panels - All frames are currently cream and need to be primed and spray painted white (high gloss). - All windows except one large window and the sliding door have flyscreens — I will remove the screens and reinstall these myself. Requirements - Proper preparation of aluminium frames (cleaning, sanding/scuffing, priming) - High‑quality finish in white high‑gloss - Care taken to protect surrounding walls, glass, and flooring - Single‑storey home — easy access Materials - Happy to negotiate whether you supply paint and materials or I purchase them separately. We are looking to get the window and door frames painted in our new house. House is current vacant. Once painting is done we will move in. House will be unfurnished. Painting internal rooms of a house to ready for sale - Due date: Before Friday, 30 September 2022

4 walls (in seperate rooms) to be papered. Approximate sizes (in meters) are: 4 walls x 3.6w x 2.4h. I will supply the wallpaper. House is a low set in Palmerston, with easy access. Plasterboard walls were painted (4 years ago). I will lightly sand and sugarsoap wash prior to hanging. Following question asks “what is my budget?” I have no idea what you may quote, so I’ve entered “$1000”. Maybe 2 hours per wall x 4 walls ? but I have no experience in wallpapering.
