Seeking a skillful painter who has a small sprayer sand one door frames and a small area of rough place of the door and paint it ( just one side, no primer needed)-- because the locksmith put the lock in the wrong place. paint a small area of ceiling-- around 10m2, paint two sides of wall ( around 20m2), no primer needed. Most places were painted just last month but there are two small stains, so needs a spayer to fix it quickly. paint a small area of rails where a few places are rusty- if you don't mind doing it. paint is on site. We can provide the brush as well, but for the roller, it is better you have a more suitable one.

Door into garage currently stained cedar framing upper and lower glass panels. Frame also stained cedar needing painting black. Door itself to be British paints sassy red. Have both black and red paints.

The side within the bathroom needs to be repainted. You supply the white paint, 2 coats. Needs some minor patching were the paint has come off the base of the door and wear the wooden towel rail was. Please provide the price you can do for as I am unsure how long the job will take you.
