Internal painting required, living/kitchen, two stairways, 2 bedrooms, hallway and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. White walls and white semigloss trims/doors. More of the size of an apartment but with two hallway stairs. Property will be empty so no furniture in the way. Flexible on timing before 30th March latest.
