I am going to do a bit of painting but need a little minor ceiling sanding in the lounge room, & two bedrooms so it is smooth. I need a clothesline installed in the bathroom (needs to be really really strong) - similar to the one in the photo. Wipe over the bathroom ceiling (getting a little bit of mold) Wipe over bedroom light fitting (need to remove light fitting and wipe it over etc and put back again). - Due date: Flexible

Looking for someone to remove what is possibly mould (although not black mould) on the ceiling of my studio apartment. Only the living/bedroom area (not needed in bathroom/kitchen area). Painting one bedroom with a very high ceiling. The woodwork, fireplace, doors and skirting boards needs to be painted. The ceiling does not need to be painted. The job will require preparation work both cleaning and patching - see the pictures. You will need all your own equipment including drop sheets and a ladder and I would like the paint supplied (Dulux) if possible. The price includes the painting and preparation work. Please let me know the paint cost. There will be one small double bed in the room (it folds back into a couch if needed).
