The timber VJ wall lining would need to be stripped, structure above temporarily propped, two posts added at either end, LVL to span the opening. Re-clad with the VJ boards salvaged during demo.

I have a 15sqm raked ceiling repainted after some plastering repairs. We are getting our house ready for sale so ideally would like it done in the next few weeks if possible
