I need someone to fill the cracked walls around the house, mainly chipped paint from corner walls, sanded and ready for it to be re-painted. I have other odd jobs that I would like quotes on too, such as cleaning gutters, fixing broken irrigation and deck sanding and oiling.

I have a Child’s Fort/Cubby which needs an additional coat of marine varnish. I’ve previously put two coats on it in 2020 but it’s starting to wear and needs an additional coat prior to the winter months. I have the marine varnish and paint brushes just need someone to give it one additional coat. The job will probably take around 2.5-3 hours. Best time for us to have the task completed is on Thursday and Friday during the day. Weekend could be okay but not as preferable. Obviously will need a sunny day for task to be done and preferably we would like it completed prior to mid-May sometime.
