Looking for someone experienced to paint ceilings and cornices throughout my 1990s single story 4 x 2 house. Lounge ceiling pretty high, maybe 4m. Some peeling in a few of the rooms that will need to be addressed before painting.

I'm looking for someone who can clean, patch and paint over a few walls for me. I am looking to paint over the coloured walls only (please see photos). Thank you.

Repair and Paint to 2 bedrooms and 2 other internal walls as well as cornice repairs and minor touchup near carpet in several areas. NOTE: Carpet is being Replaced, no need to.protext. Bedroom 1 Size 2.96 x 3.55 Bedroom 2 Size 3.57 x e.47 Wall 1 size 3.5 x 2.4 Wall 2 Size 0.75 x 2.4 Other touchup 1. Remove a Hook from ceiling and patch (see photo) 2. Patch 3 small nail marks in Cornice 3. Patch 2 Cracks in Cornice 4. Several areas of touchup near carpet 5. Patch to skirting Paint materials supplied. Any other work found after tenant moves out by agreement. Must have painting experience.

Currently having someone patch up old aircon vents in roof so will need the roof painted (only the one room atm) and we have done our best to patch up holes in wall and taken down curtains. We can provide sugar soap and sanding block for further prep. There’s also cracks in corners I’d like to be fixed (shown in photos) And potentially paint doors in nursery, depending on how much it all ends up costing 🤣 We will buy the paint once we know how much to get. -finishing prepping walls and cracks in ceiling -paint roof -paint walls -paint 3 doors
