Repainting required for bathroom roof and hallway

I have a small prayer room with smoke and soot build-up on the ceiling and walls from regular use of incense. The heaviest soot is around one ceiling downlight and the ceiling corners. I am looking for someone experienced with smoke/soot removal and interior painting to complete the job properly. Work required: - Protect flooring, door and fittings before starting - Remove soot/smoke residue from the ceiling and walls using appropriate cleaning products/method - Sugar-soap/degrease and prepare surfaces for painting - Clean around the ceiling downlight carefully - Fill minor wall marks/imperfections and lightly sand where required - Apply a suitable stain-blocking primer to prevent smoke stains bleeding through Please advise whether you can supply the stain-blocking primer or include these separately in your quote. The room is small, but the soot on part of the ceiling is quite heavy. Photos are attached so please review them before quoting. I am looking for someone who has experience dealing with smoke/soot-stained walls and ceilings, rather than simply painting over the staining.
