Vacant (empty now) power is on and carpet is up. You’ll need to scrape some areas back and stain block the ceilings where need be. It will need to be primed and painted. Cornice needs to be done too. We can supply paint and equipment if that’s easier. We are hoping to have the job completed in a few weeks. We will be painting the whole house, Potential to pay hourly rate to a somebody to paint the walls too. The walls are prepped, we are just time poor. Open to discussion on price for day rate/ hourly rate. Open to hearing from helpers just to do the walls as well. We can supply what you need. Thank you.

High section of back of house. No need to paint gutters. Happy with 2 coats only. We will supply paint and brushes. Need contractor to use their own height access equipment and have insurance. Due date: Before Tuesday, 30 April 2024

Due to re arranging a home we’ve just bought, I’m needing to take a window from what was the kitchen, and swapping it to where the new kitchen will be. No new materials. Both windows are the same width just different heights. Hoping that makes the job more simple. Really hoping to have it done before the painter next week. We need someone to come help us do the prep work internal house for painting: Tasks include: 1. Sanding walls, skirting, doors, etc. 2. Filling gaps/cracks 3. General cleaning (sweeping after sanding etc.) General knowledge and experience about this is recommended for this task. We’ll pay an hourly rate of $35.
