I require a house painter to paint my entire deck including ceiling, floor boards, rails and stairs. Scope of work encompass full painting and decorating tasks. Preparation of surfaces and painting. Happy to discuss finer details of service and budget with experienced painter.

Ceilings: - Ceilings and cornices dont need doing Trims/frames: - Lounge/dining rooms dont need doing - Already primed small sunroom, kitchen, most of hallway, some bedrooms. Might need another primer coat in some places - Rest of trims already sanded, still need priming/painting. I found 1 or 2 primer coats and 2 top coats are needed to cover grey underneath - Must use 'Dulux Precision Max Adhesion Primer' for these. Have ~3 litres left. Need more. - Have used Haymes Trim Plus white semi-gloss top coat. Have ~4 litres left. Likely need more. Doors: - Inside of front/back doors need priming/painting - 4 bdr doors need priming/painting - 8 other doors just need painting - Same primer/top coat/colour/finish as trims Walls: - One wall complete for reference. Rest of walls need cutting in/painting - Includes walls inside 4 wardrobes - One wardrobe has wallpaper, I purchased 1L zinsser oil based primer for it - Walls may need 1 prime & 2 top coats to block colours - Any primer is fine. Top coat must be "3/4 Strength Dulux Natural White", low sheen. - use Dulux wash & wear kitchen/bathroom in kitchen/bathroom/small sunroom - Use Dulux wash & wear standard everywhere else Bathroom: - Panels/walls need prime/paint. I will advise primer - Panels in shower can be left Misc: - I can remove tape at the end - House cleaned and patched - No furniture in there

Supply and fit new water proof fibre sheeting to make eaves/barrier around most of the house It is all reachable ( lower part of the house ) also will need to finish off with paintable corking as this house is certainly not straight.
