Seeking a professional, licensed painter to paint the interior of my home. This includes all walls, the hand rail for the stairs, and potential for additional work in painting kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I have added the floor plan of the home for you to have an idea of the job. I need you to supply all paint and equipment too. Seeking quotes

- Painting the ceilings and cornice only in entire house with ceiling white flat paint. - Looking for someone who has painting licensing and insurance and can show proof - House floor size is 130 square metres (see attached Floor Plan) - Ceiling height is 2.4m - Located in Strathpine, North Brisbane, QLD Scope: - Two top coats in lounge, dining, office, hallway, bedrooms, wardrobes - Mould killer/blocker primer coat then two mould resistant top coats in toilet and bathroom - Two mould resistant top coats in kitchen Condition & prep: - Ceilings are in good condition and cleaned. Minimal prep should be required - Floors will already be covered with plastic sheeting and taped down to skirting (happy for you to adjust if needed) - Fans, lights and AC will already be covered with plastic - Minor overlap onto walls is fine as walls will be repainted later Other: - Painting walls, frames, doors etc NOT needed (will be done afterwards) - You will provide your own tools - Happy to discuss paint/primer brands. Supply and fit new water proof fibre sheeting to make eaves/barrier around most of the house It is all reachable ( lower part of the house ) also will need to finish off with paintable corking as this house is certainly not straight.
