We just got new wood double glazed windows and doors installed and we need to protect them. Only the outside is needed to be painted. We are a single story with easy access to all windows and doors. Windows can come off the frame. We have the paint and masking tape already and can help out as required on weekends. We want to do at least 4 coats (2 primer and 2 main coats) Windows: - 3 at the 1800mm wide x 1500mm high - 2 at 2100mm wide x 1500mm high - 1 at 1800mm wide x 1m high Doors: - 2 X 2 panel sliding doors - 1 X standard French doors

Would like the Staircase to be painted. Has been mostly prepared, just requires some filling of holes and a connection between floor boards.

I'm looking for someone to clean and oil my decks. I normally have it done every couple of years. There are two decks. The first is about 7m x 2.5m. The second is about 1.5 x 1.5. Plus it would be good to do the stairs. There are about 12 of them.

I need skirting boards sized up and installed and put into a basement I am converting into a play room. It is only two walls, one approx 3.5m the other approx 7. The walls are brick and the floor is cement. I need this done by the end of the week, or the latest next Monday, as carpet is going down Tuesday.

The bathroom ceiling needs cleaning once or twice. There is mould patches in the pine wood ceiling. I am asthmatic and can’t do it myself. The ceiling isn’t very high & the bathroom small but a ladder will help. Anyone that has experience cleaning away mould would be helpful.
