Need to remove some patches of wall paper and sand some rough patches where plugs have been filled beforehand. 2 coats required. Can’t do Wed 4th Dec or Sat 7th Dec, but other days before the 9th are fine.

One wall is mirrored built in and there is a large window which really only leaves two walls that require painting. Trade account with Dulux preferred so that paint may be purchased on behalf of client. Client will reimburse. Photos attached. Furniture can be removed prior to expedite work. Good work in this room will secure work on remaining bedrooms within property.
