I'm after a painter to help me prep and finish a 4x2 house in Gwelup. All materials supplied. I'm a painter, so just need some labour help.

Recently had a pipe replaced and wall has been patched with concrete. Needs to be sandered down and plastered so it can be painted over (already have paint and will do myself)

Repaint existing fibre cement fence. Dulux Paint supplied. Will also need to patch and sand a couple of hairline cracks. Bottom missing panels will be getting replaced before painting Need doing by asap before pool gets filled with water next week so easier to access.

I need wallpaper removed from hallway walls one wall in study and one wall in living area. Also remove adhesive from walls. We will hire wallpaper steamer. This job will take about 3 days

Two fibre fences need to be spray painted monument black (or close as possible to colour)

white wall painting of the living room and 2 bedrooms, also minor chips repair.

Paint living room and kitchen

Patching and sanding cracks, chips and pealed paint across 4x2 single story home ready for painting. Includes walls and cornices.

Paint ceilings with a combined surface of 7.5m2. 3x2m - Bathroom ceiling 3x0.5m - Kitchen bulkhead ceiling No patching required, ceilings are newly replaced gyprock. I will supply paint. Please provide brushes and drop sheets. Needs to be completed during business hours on a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday please.

Paint external weatherboards the rectangle and triangle section. I will provide the paint The triangle section is up high so will need to put planks on the car port roof and paint from there.

Hi, recently had external wall sand finish rendered and now requires painting in white. Will probably need a couple of coats. There are 2 small walls, One is 9m x 0.75m x 0.3m and the other about 14m (this one would only be one side that needs doing) will need to make sure surrounding area is kept clean. All easy to access. Happy to supply the paint and just pay for labour or you can quote for it all. Needs doing before 25th Nov as our garden will be getting landscaped. - Due date: Before Thursday, 25th Nov 2021
