We need the holes in our hand rail & frames patched & painted. See pictures for size of staircase & patching required. We need to fill the holes where the previous balustrades were.

Looking to have an experienced person supply and install an epoxy flake coating on my garage floor, at Greenhills Beach (2230) Floor is 6.3m wide x 5.4m deep (34 m2 total area). The concrete is bare, is about 10 years old, is quite smooth (but not polished), and no major cracks or chips. I'm keen that the final finish not be slippery, even if its slightly wet. I understand the concrete will need some diamond grinding before the epoxy is installed. Some photos attached. Please note that the ask is for the product to be both supplied and installed.

A section of my garage ceiling is sagging and needs repairing. Just need it straightened, I can finish off and paint. It might need cutting out and replacing. Area is approx 1m x 1.5m.

I need this merbau pillars to be sanded, cleaned (to get the grey colour out) and painted with a oil. I will provide the oil and I would be happy to pay for used sanding paper but I think it would be best if you get the sanding paper for your tools. I would prefer for this job to be on an agreed hourly rate and pay the total at the end of the day.

- Clean and apply two coats of paint (Dulux weathershield) to garden retaining wall - I will supply the paint - Retaining wall is rendered brick in good condition - Total area to be painted is 16 square meters - I will make sure plants are trimmed so no interference with surface to be painted

Paint a new modular wall fence which is approx 20m long x 3 m in height(single side). This is to include supply of all painting equipment and application of paint in Dulux surf mist. Please include the purchase and pickup of the paint however I will pay you separately for the paint supply when you provide the receipts
