Painting of a bedroom 4 x 3. The walls need preparation prior to painting. It’s a one day job. I need the job to be professionally done with minimum mess. Preparation must be perfect and you need to supply your own tools and materials. A good job will lead to more work.

Cracks to fill in with the gap fillers, All the patches will need to be sanded back .Caulking is also needed all around the wall joints with gap filler. Budget is not more than $700. It is for renting so let's make it okay and not over do it!
