Painting required for a small child care centre. Work needs to be carried out on Saturday/ Sunday, preferably over 2 weekends. All repair work, doors, door jams and window trims will be sanded and prepared. So NO prep work is required. ALL paints, undercoats and no more gaps will be supplied (Dulux wash and wear, Dulux aqua enamel, zinsser primer or similar). Below is a list of what needs to be done: 12 doors and door jams Timber trims to be painted on 8 windows (same colour as exisiting) Timber trim on sliding door (same colour as existing) 2 large rooms ceilings and walls (approx 7.5m x 5m) 3 small bathroom ceilings 1 small kitchen (ceiling and above wall cupboards) 2 small rooms ( ceilings and walls) All painting will require 2 coats
