Paint: Dulux Pistachio (to be supplied by tasker). Minimal wall preparation. Masking tapes on door frames and skirting needed. No floor protection required because flooring is scheduled to be replaced. 2) Supply and replace 2 standard exterior doors & hinges. Locks provided by poster.
