We have the lower level of our home that needs painting. There are two existing bedrooms, one hallway, small kitchen nook & a tv room that require two coats. One new bathroom ceiling & small amount of other new ceilings sealer plus two coats. All remaining ceilings one coat only. Also a large sliding door that needs two coats & some wardrobe doors one coat. We will be looking for someone to do the rest of our home later in the year.

I have a bedroom and lounge room that need painting by 23rd May before joinery arrives. Bedroom - 50-60% wall coverage required with 2 coats on walls and ceilings Lounge Room - 1 main feature wall and small returns require 2 coats. Ceiling should be ok with 1 coat so long as it’s painted well. * ceilings are higher than standard and you will need a tall ladder. I have one here but bring a second if you want a platform. You will need to remove some items from walls such as the bookshelf in lounge and replace where possible once done. Please note we will be making our choice based on experience, professional level and feedback so do not apply if new to site or don’t have high rankings in each of those areas. We have all the paint required. Areas and measurements shown in images. Purple lines show walls green show ceiling coverage You must supply everything else. Please ensure plenty of clean drop sheets to protect furniture surrounds and floor coverings. It’s anticipated that you might want to spread this over Thursday and Friday to allow paint to dry. But if you are confident you can do all in one day we are open to that.

Render 3.7lineal metres X 0.6metres high to existing brick wall. Return at a later date to apply white set plaster. Damp proof course and waterproofing has been completed. Must have professional experience in this trade.

Job: floor sanding 12sqm room that has already been prepped and sanded to 80grit. We started sanding a floor in our sunroom (12sqm) with a hired floor sander and edger and have done 40 grit and 80 grit but only half of the room has been done with the floor sander as it kept chewing up the paper. - we are probably not using the right technique as there arent any exposed nails. the floor now has an inconsistent look so before we fill and varnish it, we’d like a professional to come and help us finish the sanding job and get a more consistent finish / colour!

Rooms to paint are: Combined living and dining (walls only not ceiling) Kitchen (walls only not ceiling) Stairwell and landing (walls and ceiling) 2 bedrooms (walls and ceiling) I am looking for someone from the 9th April but can be flexible on dates.

We would like to have the ceiling / ceiling rafters painted black. Currently they are in a natural timber state. Assume we would need an undercoat as well. Area size is approx 60m2. The place is partly furnished. It is 3 rooms and hallway in the downstairs part of a home.

A child drew on a small of a bedrooom wall with a black sharpie and we need it painted over. For this job, you’ll need to cut out a section to take it to Bunnings to match the pain. They used Dulux paint. You’ll also need to sand the area, apply a stain blocking primer before the coats of paint.

After moving a ceiling light, we have been left with 2 holes in our ceiling (< 6cm in diameter). The job is to fix the holes and paint over, we have the ceiling paint but all other materials will need to be provided by you. The 2nd part of the job is to fix some ceiling cracking in a skylight. bout 8 paintings to take down and patch and paint. doesn't need to be perfect just a quick end of lease job - please note we don't have any paint and this is a really really simple job. it is not required to paint the entire wall - literally just fill in hole and paint the tiny spots - colour match as c lose as possible.

Multiple inside paint chips on walls and door frames. No structural wall or plasterboard damage. Paint colour on walls is white matte and door frames white gloss - Due date: Before Friday, 12 January 2024

My laundry needs painting following minor renovations and there is a small hole in the roof that needs to be patched with plaster. There are some other minor jobs like siliconing around a panel to the waste. Have tried to post photos but they're not uploading.
