We require an experienced handyperson to come and patch up some spots where pictures have been hung: i.e. remove nail and cover up and paint over; paint over any other marked areas. White paint (I don't have the paint or putty). Three bedroom apartment + living room. Maybe about 20 spots. So that it looks as new.

Fill, sand, patch and touch up white paint where a bracket once hung

Two wall hooks need to be removed and patched over and then painted.
