We have ended our lease in a small commercial kitchen space. The majority of end of lease fix has been completed, however we have been requested to do a few more touch ups. White bedroom, walls need a wipe down and fresh paint job. Acrylic not oil. Will supply paint - professional painter with own equipment needed. Carpeted floor so must be careful and use drop sheets etc. Room is approximately 3x4 metres with 1 large window and simple skirting. Door does not need painting. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 16 October 2022
