The room has recently been built. We need the room now prepped and painted to a professional finish. Ceiling, walls, door, skirts, architraves, windows etc. paint colour is white.

Use ceiling paint in garage to paint over the patches in 2 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom, spare toilet room (small area) that were repaired. Roller required. In the bathroom needs to be sanded back before painting (see photos below). Date flexible just need minimum 48 hours notice to notify the tenants. You will need to collect the keys from Ray white in Alex hills (3 min drive to the property) and then return after completing.

Looking for various quotes. Complete kitchen & laundry Reno. The walls have been sheeted. It just needs exxy for some square sets, setting of walls and ceilings. A lot of the ceiling and walls pictured will not need setting as there is a lot of cabinetry covering walls.

It is a Tudor house. Outside of upper story is made of cement boards secured by timber planks coloured black and white. I want these areas painted with two coats.

Plasterboard walls in my garage have had shelves removed and I need to have the holes that have been left and marks from where the shelf supports were etc. patched and repaired, sanded and made ready for painting. Also want to patch/fill and sand ready for painting old nail/screw holes and divots in the ceiling plasterboard

Remove section of wall, base skirting & window sill affected by termites. Provid all materials, tools, labour for job. Repair section of wall, skirting and window sill, plaster edges ready for painting. Must be completed on or before Saturday 30th September. We have a small rendered retaining wall and pump house that needs painting. Dulux Weatherwall white paint will be supplied and access to some painting tools I have.
