Need a plumber to disconnect gas to my current oven and stove top

We require a licensed gas fitter to connect new gas oven, replacing existing oven to be disconnected and plug to be fitted , the electrical outlet is already there. Oven is 600mm. Looking to have this job completed any time before Monday afternoon

Current cavity for oven is about 1170mm high and we are replacing with new oven that’s around 890mm high. Want a filler panel and shelf for bottom of cavity to make sure oven appears snug in cavity. White gloss melamine finish for filler panel.
