Have a Tisira Freestanding oven and cooktop. The oven door handle came off. Have tried fixing it but the screw has snapped off inside. So looks like the whole handle needs replacing. Gurvinder was really good. He changed an oven element for us. Diagnosed the issue and ordered the element asap. What I liked most was his knowledge in appliances as he explained the issues and risks involved plus knew a lot about different appliance companies and their products. Very impressed.
