my toddler pulled the oven door open quite forcefully. The door bounced back and now it doesn’t close properly. It seems like the hinges may have been damaged, the door is not unaligned so it closes if you press it but stays open when you leave it, so it definitely look like a hinge problem. There is no catalogue to read to how to unlock the child lock It is a fisher and paykel oven wall mounted cannot be removed. I could not find the model number inside outside no other places in the oven or cooker

The Oven in the Gas cooker is not working but the gas cooker is working. I think it may be the Oven Thermostat/Sensor that is broken.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician who can disconnect hardwired appliances and replace ceiling fans / lights ahead of stripout and painting. I am renovating my kitchen/house and need the following work completed: 1. Safely disconnect and isolate the power to an existing built-in electric oven/cooktop so it can be removed. The appliance is hardwired (not plugged into a power point). 2. Replace 4 × ceiling fans and 5 x ceiling lights with temporary fixtures (all will be replaced later with new lights/fans, current ones need to removed for painting). This is the first stage of the renovation. After the kitchen and laundry strip out is complete, I will also need a licensed electrician to return to connect the new oven and other electrical work, so there will be additional work available. Smeg oven door doesn’t close properly (leaves a gap at the top). And the oven time/ timer is also showing a fault and flashing A. This is preventing the oven from going on, unless I trick it with setting a stop time. If you can fix these problems, I think that’s worth $200!

I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.
