Need a handyman/carpenter (or pest-proofing specialist) to properly mouse-proof my apartment by sealing entry gaps around kitchen appliances. I’m getting small mouse droppings every 2-3 days (mainly near/under the couch). I keep the apartment very clean (no food left out, dishes cleaned nightly, food stored in cupboards/fridge). I’m not looking for baiting, I want physical exclusion so they can’t enter. I have a 90cm upright oven. Gas Cooktop and electric oven that is needing to be replaced. I need old removed and new installed.

Disconnect existing free standing oven and install new. Gas cook top with electric oven.

Current cavity for oven is about 1170mm high and we are replacing with new oven that’s around 890mm high. Want a filler panel and shelf for bottom of cavity to make sure oven appears snug in cavity. White gloss melamine finish for filler panel.

I’m looking for someone,need to replace the built-in oven with a new one, and we’re also planning to change the gas cooktop to an induction cooktop.The induction cooktop we’ve purchased may require some adjustment to the benchtop, as the existing cut-out in the benchtop will need to be enlarged to fit the induction cooktop we’ve purchased.also,2 electricity switches in rooms need to be changed.

We are having two issues with our Westinghouse oven - The spark on the gas hot plates are not working on any of the jobs - The power is tripping when the oven warms up above 220 degrees

3 phase powered oven needs to be disconnected from wall (hard wired) power cable only
