This bloke severely under quoted the job. He turned up a day and a half late, totally unprepared to handle the work. Did not account for costs associated at all. Bailed half way through the job and harassed me for full payment when Airtasker wouldn’t release funds to him, despite not completing the job. Complained constantly about how far away the site is, the cost of petrol, and how big the task is… Waste of money, waste of effort.

Few Stumps require Packing/re-levelling. Tenant complains the door sometimes hard to fix and a slight unlevelling on a section of the floor. Building inspection estimated 2-3 stumps require packing.
