My Father in NSW needs the backyard prepped for when the turf gets laid. He's done most of it but the hardest part is yet to be done. This is the first step of two for the installation of the turf that will also need to be done. My father would like to have the same people involved for the entire job that would hopefully be completed before the end of the year. The time to level the yard would be four hours for two men. You can negotiate both steps with Jim when you call him.

Would like top layer of soil excavated to remove large amount of deep, invasive weeds and also levelled to prepare for retaining walls later. The front yard will need to have 3 ''tiers'' going down towards the house, with each level 2m wide as there will be 3 rows of retaining walls and steps going down to the house later. Area is approx 6m X 6m. There is some rock. Soil needs to be placed into skip bins directly in front (on street). Skips bins will be provided. I will also provide/hire the mini excavator needed. I have 20 pavers in total to be laid out evenly in my small yard. I have already laid 12, though they should be relaid as are not 100% level. Some levelling of turf/dirt needed to add the remaining 8 pavers.

Need someone to level out a small section of ground within area in photo. Size of area that needs levelling out is the size of two regular pallets. A rabbit cage will be placed on top of the pallets (which are ready to go down) once levelled. Debris (soil & rocks) can be left on-site & may even be required to assist with levelling otherwise can be placed behind green shed in photo. I need pavers leveled in pool area. The perimeter of the pool is concreted down as well as some of exterior boarder of the paved area but quite a lot of the middle pavers need leveling and possible to be cemented in. Note large pots at the back cannot be moved so will have to work around them.

New shed will be 3.4 x 4.6m consider 16m2 the size of the area to be cleared. Located at the rear of property on a raised garden bed. Existing bamboo to be retained as is. Most other plants will be disposed in green waste bins on site. Excess, I will take to the dump. Cut, bench and level approximately 200mm down into garden beds (at rear). Waste soil can be used in other parts of garden and old waterfall, excess can be piled at side of driveway Reuse bush rock from old waterfall to rebuilt rock retaining wall. I will supply concrete bags. Remove small bridge for future use elsewhere.
