Im looking at someone to install turf in my small courtyard. Its about 12m2 and access is directly from the street. It is currently excavated to approximately 75mm below the required finished height. There is a single tree and will be a path/stepping stones across to the stairs/gate. Advice on whether to go for artificial grass or real turf would be useful, its a small area with limited sun so although I'd prefer to use real grass it may not be practical. The photo shows the entire area to be completed.

Getting a tip-truck delivery of 4 tonnes of garden mix and 1 tonne of turf underlay dropped loose at my garage/driveway. Need a hand getting it all shifted around to the backyard and the underlay levelled out. What needs doing: Move 4 Tonnes of Garden Mix: Shovel the garden mix into a barrow, wheel it down the side lane, and shovel it out into the planter beds (beds are too high to just tip the barrow straight in). Move & Level 1 Tonne of Turf Underlay: Barrow the underlay around to the lawn area, dump it, and run a rake over it so it’s spread nice and flat ready for turf. Quick Tidy Up: Scrape up the leftovers and give the garage/driveway and side path a decent sweep at the end so it’s left neat and clean. Site & Access Details: Run: 11m laneway from the garage pile to the backyard. Access: Fits a standard manual wheelbarrow no worries. Ground: Flat run with concrete steps/pavers spaced evenly along the 11m path. Planter Beds: Will need to be shovelled out of the barrow into the beds. I've had some turf incorrectly laid down the side of my house today. It needs lifting and then the ground needs levelling before relaying the turf - shouldn't require any digging as it was excavated already. Should be a straight forward job, only relaying ~12 rolls of turf down the side of house. Job is Inner West (not Randwick - Airtasker wasn't letting me change it)
