Find a reliable levelling service in WA

Looking to cut through the wall on the left, leaving small pillars on both sides and install steps down to ground level (4 steps). Also looking to extend the other wall and replace the limestone blocks with double brick to connect with the wall so a pool fence can eventually go on top of it.

Raise up one end of the wall to ensure both ends (wall length is approx 1750mm) are level. Ensure pool fence remains in the block to allow re-positioning of glass fence panel.

These are 30 year old limestone steps. They need to have some render applied to them to level them out and make them safer.

Build a single level besser brick wall with caps. Total wall is 11.2m long, broken up into 3 sections of 4m,3.6m,3.6m. I have the besser blocks (390x190x140mm) and caps. I can get the mortar if required or you can provide it. The ground is pretty level, will just need a mortar base put down to ensure it is level to support a free standing batten fence that will be installed on top of it.
