Remove sand from 2.3m2 area, to below slab where hot water system is, place gravel or pebbles on top once levelled. Need to remove sand from property after job. You will also need to provide gravel or pebbles (open to colour and size etc.). Tight courtyard won’t be able to bring wheelbarrow right in. Open to time and day, I won’t need to be home for access. Need this ground cleared and levelled as we are wanting to put another same sized shed here. Back tree will need to be removed as well. Hoping to put some of the rocks and sand in a different part of the garden to support our olive tree as there’s uneven ground behind it (see last photo).
