This is design only. I'm renovating a basic 1970's building and hoping to modernise the front yard. I'm subdividing the property so there will be a drive going to the rear with a shared drive at the front to access both properties. It’s a front yard space on a corner block c. 80m2, surrounded by a full height brick wall it is enclosed space. Keeping the washing line area and the vegetable raised planters. Also retain the existing garden bed on the side mostly to retain existing large trees. Wants to keep grass wrapping around in the same style but with new edging, and a modern but rustic pathway from the gate to the front deck. Garden bed under the window at the front can be changed to suit the new path. The garden bed with the vine, air con unit, and gas meter may need to stay as is? But open to suggestions. Want to have a sitting area at the front door area on the deck. Maybe an umbrella set up, open to your suggestions and design touch. Going for a rustic Australian style but modern. May need assistance with installation but looking more at someone to design what we want for the outdoor area and point us in direction of contacts to carry out work. We want an infinity concrete pool linking to current alfresco area (without affecting current leach drain location), maximise views of vineyard, incorporate watertank and potential granny flat into building envelope, outdoor kitchen location TBC, consider driveway options (given at least 1200sqm of same is required).
