Shower Mixer tap has been removed from behind tile by digging out brick wall and cutting away tile. 3x water pipes have been capped. I bought a new mixer tap but the alignment is slightly out. Leaking shower head in main bathroom, which has a mixer for hot and cold (assuming it is likely the cartridge behind, or similar). Would also like to have the second bathroom mixer checked and anything replaced if needed. Replace both shower heads at the same time (I already have these purchased).

Fix leaking shower by removing tight taps and replacing tap washers. Taps are on very tight and difficult to remove. Replace washers and fill with silicon.

Flush is also weak and often requires pressing both half and full flush buttons. Likely issue with flush valve reseating or actuator/button adjustment inside concealed cistern. Access available via flush plate opening. No wall removal required.
