Hi I just had files everywhere on my phone and on my laptop. My Dell Inspiron 14 laptop can see Wi-Fi networks but can't connect properly. It shows 'connected with no internet' while my phone connects fine to the same Wi-Fi. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Wi-Fi adapter, but it only works temporarily. The troubleshooting shows ‘Local IP address not connected’ and ‘Can’t reach the default gateway.

I’m in possession of an old Alienware laptop. The screen is currently not working. I can run it through an external monitor though. I need someone to restore the screen connection. Will pay for parts if required, of course.

Rang hp( computer screen stuck on “automatic repair screen!)—- they’ve gone thru diagnostic on ph- hardware all good/ passed test . I don’t have a 2 nd laptop for hp to guide me thru a full reset. Hp charge$60 for a usb to be sent to me—- they can then guide me thru full rest. Might take a while to get that done tho—- would like it done quicker
