Job details: • Existing floor is a mix of partially removed tiles and remaining tiles that may need removal or leveling. • Asbestos sheeting is present under the existing floor. It is not to be disturbed. • Laminate, underlay, and trims will be supplied. • Area will be cleared and ready to work in. • Toilet and kitchen areas will require some careful cuts and fitting around fixtures. Requirements: • Must have experience laying laminate flooring. • Comfortable working around existing tile and prepping subfloor if needed. • Can work around asbestos without disturbing it. • Can complete the job on or before June 1. Replace damaged laminated floor were its damaged or repair it can't be seen as damaged. I feel color might be spotted gum. The size of the damaged place 10cm×10cm.
