I’m looking for an experienced laminate flooring installer to install laminate flooring in my property. The total area is approximately 60m² and the existing base is stone/concrete. The installation is required in all areas except the bedrooms. This job is installation only (labour only). I will supply the laminate flooring. The installer needs to review the floor plan and photos, measure the areas, and tell me how much underlay and moulding/trims are required. Once confirmed, I will purchase and provide the underlay and mouldings. The installer should advise if there are any issues with the existing base, such as levelling or preparation requirements. No removal of existing flooring is required unless advised after inspection. Please include your labour price, estimated time to complete the job, and experience with laminate flooring installation, especially over stone or concrete bases. Floor plan and photos will be provided.

Looking to get new laminate flooring installed in 3 rooms (2 beds, 1 living area) in a Melbourne CBD apartment. Floors are currently bare concrete as previous flooring removed after water damage. Approximate sqm size of flooring needed is 34m2.

Looking for an experienced flooring tradie to repair damaged laminate flooring in my home. The Issue: Several laminate planks have buckled and separated near a doorway/corner area, likely caused by a washing machine leak. The planks have lifted significantly and there are visible gaps between boards. See photos attached. My flooring boards created gaps and need someone to replace the boards with new one and seal the edges with silicone seal. need I person inspection before job to fix route cause as I can see flooring level is abit irregular.
