Unfortunately, I selected the new version of Microsoft Outlook when installing the latest Microsoft 365 and it is not permitting me to go back to the original Outlook, I need some IT assistance to revert two computers back to the original version of Outlook as the new version is horrible

I have 2 really old video files (from a video camera in the 90s). They got downloaded onto a CD (in 2011), and then I moved them onto a hard drive. The files are old (uncompressed) .iso files and I need them converted to a file type that I can play easily through VLC or media play. At the moment files won’t play through VLC (or anything) so assume they need to be converted. These are precious baby videos so can’t let them go!!
