I’m looking to get help with sourcing and installing ceiling insulation batts. I need help with sourcing Polyester insulation such as Greenstuf and will require minimum of R4 grade. Will need to apply approx 120sqm to the ceiling.

I have an uninsulated ceiling about 40m2. I’ve bought the earthwool insulation. I just realised that at 57 years old it might be a younger persons game. The ceiling cavity is accessible through a manhole. Fairly airy space. Batons 58cm apart. I will let off a couple of bug bombs this week but it isn’t too cramped. I have a lamp.

Insulate an internal drainpipe in a garage converted to a TV room in Bondi. The aim is to dampen and isolate noise from water movement.
